- Parsley of course - 1 and 1/2 cups- You may substitute in curly parsley
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Pink Lady Apple (or green apple)
- 2 Large Tuscan Kale Leaves
- 1 Small Cucumber
The high water content in zucchini and the cucumber adds to the higher liquid yield of this drink. The pink lady apple adds to the sweetness of the juice. However, feel free to substitute in another apple depending on the sweetness you prefer.

Parsley Juicing Recipe

- 1 Medium Zucchini
- 1 Large Carrot
- 1 Small to Medium Cucumber
- 1 and 1/2 cup Parsley
- 2 Large Leaves Tuscan Kale (also called Lacinato Kale)
- 1 Large Pink Lady Apple (Can substitute a Honeycrisp or Granny Smith Apple)
- Chop veggies and fruit as needed. I keep the pieces as large as possible and carefully feed them through the machine.
- Depending on the juicer you are using, begin with the first ingredient on the list and work down in order. This will help ensure that the most juice is yielded from the fruit and vegetables. If you are able to add all items at once into juicer, then you can dismiss this step.
- After the juices have been juiced into container, carefully pour the juice into a glass through a small sieve. Lay the sieve over the glass and opt to ladle it in carefully if it is too difficult to pour from the container.
