Additional Time: 5 minutes

Cleanse, maintain, and heal your liver with this deliciously tangy juice.

Ingredients

  • 3 Asparagus Spears
  • 1 cup chopped Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Lemon with peel on
  • 1 cup loosely packed Parsley
  • 2 large Dandelion Leaves
  • 10 Basil Leaves
  • 1 chopped large Apple

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit and vegetables
  2. Chop any fruits and vegetables to the appropriate size for feeding through the juicing chute
  3. In the order above, feed the food through the juicer one at a time
  4. After juicing all the fruits and vegetables, gently pour the juice into a glass through a small metal sieve. This will catch any particles that get into the juice and make for a smoother juice.
  5. Then enjoy the drink!
