Easy Herbal Steam For Lungs And Respiratory Support
An easy herbal steam for lungs and respiratory support that is not only simple but effective. The herbal steam helps open up passageways for easier breathing and aids the body in its healing process.

What is an herbal Steam?
Herbal steam therapy uses very warm water and herbs to create an aromatic head-spa for the lungs, nasal passages, and respiratory system.
By placing a piece of fabric, such as a towel, over your head, the warm steam creates a sauna-like experience.
It supports the body in healing from colds, a sore throat, chest congestion, and can be a preventative measure when the body becomes run-down.
